Terrible Experience

Unprofessional. You will spend hours on your cruise trying to straighten out things that the travel agent should have taken care of. Your credit card may get charged thousand of extra dollars for things that you did not authorize. They will assure you that they will take care of all the problems and then they will stop taking your calls. You will be left to figure out the mess yourself. I do not recommend at all.
